Due to the nature of our hair products and for hygiene and sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please make sure you select the correct texture and length before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, colored, bleached, cut, altered, or removed from its original packaging cannot be replaced.

LuxeMuse Raw Collection is not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
